Daniel was professional, thorough, and took the time to walk me through what he had found during the home inspection. During the walk through, he recommended potential solutions to the issues he discovered and provided helpful recommendations for major home systems (HVAC, electrical, etc). Dan is amazing! I’m a first time homebuyer, and he took time out of his busy schedule to give me an in-depth brief of my home inspection, as well as ways to care for my home. He made everything very understandable and didn’t mind answering my thousands of questions. There’s also a discount for military/veterans, first responders, and teachers. Truly can’t say enough good things about Dan and this company!

Very detail oriented. Was very thorough in covering the inspection in our purchase of a home in North Carolina. Came up with many suggestions before our purchase. Dan at Northshore was fantastic to work with for my home inspection. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain everything he did on site. The report was very detailed, but walking the home with Dan is where I really learned how knowledgeable he is and how much he truly cared.
